The instructions make it very clear that nobody is expected to do anything they're not comfortable with. Everything is optional and you can just move on to the next card if you don't like the sound of one, which is good because some of them are pretty spicy!
The cards are written with heterosexual couples in mind only. You'll both need to have an open mind and be in the right mood to play it. The cards are divided into four types and labelled with chillies to show how spicy each one is. They start out very tame and go right up to really quite adventurous!
There are some rules provided but they're not really necessary as it's probably more fun to just make up your own rules and read through the cards.
Definitely a good way to add a bit of fun, and a good way of introducing some new ideas that you might not have been brave enough to try (or ask your partner for) otherwise
